Review first, with clear boundaries
LazyPie is an independently operated product in Canada. It helps job seekers compare roles, prepare grounded drafts, and hand reviewed information to supported application forms.
Fit methodology
LazyPie explains job fit using four dimensions:
- roleMatch — how closely the role and responsibilities match your target work.
- experienceLevel — how the requested seniority compares with your experience.
- industryDomain — how your domain background relates to the employer and role.
- skillFit — how the requested skills compare with evidence in your profile.
Salary and location are separate conditions, not hidden score dimensions. A hard dealbreaker can reduce the overall result. Scores and explanations are decision support, not hiring predictions.
Grounded drafts and human review
Resume and cover-letter drafts are grounded in the profile details and job information available to LazyPie. AI output can still be incomplete or wrong, so every draft is intended to be reviewed, edited, and approved by the user before it leaves LazyPie.
Browser extension boundaries
The extension assists supported Greenhouse and Lever application forms. It can fill supported empty contact, link, and resume fields from your LazyPie profile while preserving existing values.
Cover letters, equal-employment questions, legal attestations, unsupported fields, and the final Submit action remain manual. LazyPie does not auto-submit applications and does not claim support for every ATS or job site.
Security and data handling
LazyPie uses account authentication, access controls, limited service-provider access, and security monitoring to protect profile, job, and draft data. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by LazyPie.
Data is processed by the providers needed to operate the service. No online service can promise perfect security; the Privacy Policy explains collection, providers, retention, and deletion in more detail.
